THE BODY

Moneta is a household-finance agent packaged as Claude Skills for a NanoClaw v2 agent. Spending, income, bills, goals, balances, and holdings are captured from plain chat messages into one pooled SQLite ledger; morning, evening, and monthly briefs come back the same way. A Sri Lankan personal income-tax pack — cited per year of assessment, driven by per-year rates files — estimates liabilities and tracks the compliance calendar.

It is advisory only. It never moves money, never files returns, never holds a credential. Every tax figure carries its source, its year of assessment, and a verify-with-IRD stamp.
